WHY PLANET ABILITY
Planet Ability is not your typical occupational therapy clinic
We are the sister company to Planet Possible and Planet Oasis, created to bring Neurodiversity Affirming Occupational Therapy (OT) out of the clinical room and into the real world. We support neurodivergent and disabled children, teens, and young adults (aged 2 to 35) as they navigate the NDIS and build everyday skills and independence.

BUILT ON LIVED EXPERIENCE
Like our sister companies, Planet Ability was born from real, lived family experience.

When navigating the NDIS and therapy world for our own loved ones, we noticed a common theme: therapy often felt incredibly clinical. It happened in sterile rooms, completely disconnected from the places where daily life was actually happening. We knew that for young people to truly thrive, support needed to look different. It needed to be connected, warm, and useful in real life.
THE "PLANET" ECOSYSTEM
Did you know that Planet Ability (Occupational Therapy) is part of a larger network? We work alongside Planet Possible (Day Programs & Community Access) and Planet Oasis (SIL & Short-Term Respite) to create a seamless, wraparound support system for families.
Whether you use our OT services as a standalone support or integrate them with our other programs, you will experience the exact same neurodiversity affirming, family-centred care across every single service.
THERAPY THAT HAPPENS IN THE REAL WORLD
INTEGRATED OT
We weave our occupational therapy directly into the fun, social environment of Planet Possible day programs. We are there in the moment during community outings, skill-building groups, and during the day program to provide real-time skill development and relationship-based support.
STANDALONE SERVICES
For those needing independent OT, we offer targeted, one-on-one therapy at our Warrandyte-based clinic, in your child's school or at home. From mastering public transport to conducting comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments, we provide practical help where you need it most.
